Special K is a breakfast cereal manufactured by the Kellogg Company. Made from rice and wheat, the cereal was introduced in 1956 and is marketed as a weight loss cereal.

- In episode 4193 of Sesame Street, the breakfast cereal is spoofed with "Super K". The spot spoofs many breakfast cereal commercials, including Total and their often used, "you need to eat this many bowls" ad campaign. The company name is parodied as "Kingsley's."
- In his book One Frog Can Make a Difference, Kermit talks of frogs being barometers for the heath of the earth and references cereal numerous times. A picture of "Very Special K" cereal is shown.
