A Spider appears to Little Miss Muffet in a Season 22 Sesame Street sketch. In a story narrated by Gina, the Spider approaches Little Miss Muffet on a tuffet, by the river and at the mall, but each time, Miss Muffet screams and runs away due to her arachnophobia. Gina then tells Miss Muffet to just stop running away each time, and it is then Miss Muffet finally realizes that the Spider just wants to be friends.
