"Stairway to Heaven" is an 8-minute song originally recorded by Led Zeppelin for their 1971 album Led Zeppelin IV. It has gained notoriety over the years for many different reasons.
During the cold open of The Muppets Mayhem episode "The Times They Are A-Changin'," after Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem perform a medley of public domain songs, they decide to sing "Stairway." Before they can get a single note out of the copyrighted song, they are abruptly cut off by the theme song.
