Stan Middleton is a puppeteer, specializing in marionettes, who served as an additional Muppet performer on Muppets Most Wanted.
A third-generation marionettist, Middleton's grandparents founded the Puppet Theatre Barge, based on the River Thames, in 1982 (past apprentices of the Barge include Susan Beattie and Rachel Leonard). Since 2010, Middleton has toured across Europe and elsewhere with the London-based and award-winning String Theatre, founded and operated by Middleton and colleague Soledad Zarate.
