Stanley Tucci (b. 1960) is an American actor, writer, film producer, and film director who appears in Muppets Most Wanted as Ivan the Guard.
He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in The Lovely Bones (2009), and won an Emmy Award for his performance in Winchell (1998). Tucci is known for playing Caesar Flickerman in The Hunger Games film series.
