Steen Springborg (1954-2021) was a Danish actor who graduated from Århus theater school in 1974. For Fragglerne, the Danish dub of Fraggle Rock, he voiced Gobo, Junior Gorg, and Convincing John, among others, and also translated the episodes. He voiced Peasemarsh in Sandtrolden, the Danish dub of Five Children and It.
In December 2017, he announced that he has retired from acting, due to health issues after an accident earlier in the year. However he would continue to write scripts and direct theatre. He has been active in movies, TV and theatre. Other voice credits include Monsieur Hood in Shrek, Mr. Arrow in Treasure Planet, and many others. In 2006, he played the role of Roger de Bris in The Producers at Det Ny Teater.
