Stephen Finnie was a Toronto-based set decorator. He worked on Muppet productions including The Frog Prince, The Muppet Musicians of Bremen, Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas, A Muppet Family Christmas and Fraggle Rock.
Finnie is mentioned by name in the wrap video Fraggles Look for Jobs.
