"Stop and Go" is a Sesame Street film with an accompanying banjo score.
In the three minute, live action film, a narrator asks, "What if you were magic, and could make things stop just by telling them to, or make them go backwards?" The following footage of kids at a water fountain, and various animals running, is then played forward, then stopped and played backwards at the command of the narrator and on-screen kids.
A cover of the music with new narration was released on Songs from Sesame Street by Certron.
