Super Grover and Elmo are enjoying a stroll together, and Elmo comments that he's glad they are pals. Super Grover echos the sentiment, leading Elmo to believe the two are exactly the same. Super Grover points out that they are different and, at Elmo's constant urging, names many ways they are different (such as their size and status as a superhero). Super Grover further points out things that he can do that he believes little Elmo cannot do, such as whooshing around or jumping around yelling "Wubba!" Elmo is able to mimic all these actions.
Super Grover concedes that the two monsters are alike in many ways, but gets Elmo to agree that they are both different as well. Elmo likes this idea, but likes one thing more - having fun copying everything Super Grover does. He agrees and starts doing more silly actions for Elmo to copy.
