Super Grover flies through the night sky on his way home from a long day of heroic deeds. In the city below, Celeste settles in her living room to watch some TV when her mom tells her it's time for bed. Before leaving, Celeste recalls that she must turn out the lights when she leaves the room to conserve energy.
Super Grover overhears this and crash lands into the living room (leaving holes in his shape in the ceiling and roof). He offers his services and tries turning out the light by blowing it out (like a candle). He fails to notice Celeste simply using the light switch as she leaves the room. With the lights out, Super Grover takes credit for saving the day once more. He tries to make a daring exit, but instead stumbles around, unable to see in the dark.

- This segment introduces an updated introductory sequence for the "Super Grover" segments. The new intro would be added to repeated segments starting the following season, with daylight visual and additional sound effects.
