Judy Finstermacher is bringing her groceries home in Metro City, when the grocery bag rips and spills onto the sidewalk. Now, she has no way of getting them home. Super Grover arrives and produces his "Super Grover Emergency Kit," full of various useless items. He offers some string to tie the groceries together, then some glue to stick them into one big "globule."
He empties out the entire kit, finding nothing practical for the situation. This leaves only the empty box, which Judy realizes would be perfect for carrying her groceries home in. Grover agrees and permits her to take the box. However, he is now left with the emergency items and no box to carry them himself. He begins to hail a taxi.
