Somewhere in Metro City, a little girl is having problems with her computer; no matter what keys she presses, it won't turn on. Super Grover lands in her room and unfortunately, has no clue how computers work. He proposes the way to turn it on is to run around screaming, which does not work. He further tries hopping up and down shouting "Wubba!" As he does this, the girl notices the "on/off" switch on the keyboard, which finally gets the computer on. Grover thinks his methods worked after all and tries to make a daring escape, only the door is locked. He once more tries his "Wubba" method to open it.
