Sven Plate (b. 1966) is a German voice actor who dubbed Scooter in Das Grösste Muppet-Weihnachtsspektakel aller Zeiten (It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie).
The high-pitched Plate was the German voice of Wil Wheaton on Star Trek: The Next Generation, as well as The Big Bang Theory and Powers. He also dubbed Kirk Cameron in later seasons of Growing Pains and various teens and youths on 21 Jump Street. In cartoons, he dubbed Bugs Bunny in later Looney Tunes projects (including Space Jam and Looney Tunes: Back in Action), Ken on Captain Future, Arthur on The Tick, Plucky Duck on Tiny Toon Adventures, and Map on Dora the Explorer.
