T. Compton Razzle is a rather enthusiastic ad man who appears in Episode 1214 of Sesame Street to help Luis get the attention of potential customers at the Fix-It Shop.
When Luis considers a different approach to advertise his shop, the flashily-dressed Mr. Razzle offers his services as part of the firm of Razzle, Dazzle and Blather. Mr. Razzle's techniques include renaming the shop to the "Fabulous Fixit Fair," offering a free nut-and-bolt and personal handshake from "Louie" (his misnaming of Luis) to the first 100 customers, playing loud music on his record player, hiring the local kids to throw confetti and streamers, and giving Luis the moniker of "the man with the helpful hammer."
Mr. Razzle is slightly disappointed to find that Luis' method of advertising clashes with that of his own, especially when it involves his neighbors and friends. All is not lost, though, as he becomes a surprise customer when his phonograph breaks down during the proceedings.
