TDK Mediactive, a former video game subsidiary of Japanese media firm TDK, held the video game rights to The Muppets from April 2002 until 2004, under an exclusive licensing agreement with Jim Henson Interactive.[1]
The North American division of the company, including its licenses, was purchased by Take-Two Interactive in December 2003, who went on to handle the publication of the PC version of Spy Muppets: License to Croak, and Muppets Party Cruise in Europe.
