Was there anything else at 10 Sesame St. besides the Dance Studio? If not I suggest we merge 10 Sesame Street and Dance Studio. If we learned the mailing address of Hooper's Store we wouldn't start a second article on it. -- Brad D. (talk) 15:45, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure if this book is "canon," per se, but according to Around the Corner on Sesame Street, the Dance Studio is on the second floor of 10 Sesame Street and the first floor is occupied by Finders Keepers. The dance class is shown looking directly down from their window to see what is happening in the store below. (I hope the following is okay copyright-wise; I only included it to clarify the address. If not, feel free to delete.) The text reads, "Elmo hit the ball into number 10 Sesame Street...and it went up the stairs to the Dance Studio. The ball bounced between Joey and Davey Monkey, between Herry Monster and Rosita, between Grover and Celina...down the stairs, out of Number 10 Sesame Street, and into Finders Keepers..." Judging by the text and pictures, I think the two businesses occupy the same building. Rollerwings 03:59, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
Just because they share a building does not explicitly mean they share a mailing address. Also it says it went "out of Number 10 Sesame Street, and into Finders Keepers" implying that they are different places. I would say given that fact that 10 Sesame Street and The Dance Studio are the same and should be merged. -- Brad D. (talk) 19:03, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
Being in the same building kind of does imply the same mailing address, at least that's the case in New York City. The storefront in my apartment building has the same address as my apartment, even if they're two separate entrance doorways. Not that this helps. -- Peter (talk) 19:07, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
I'm fine with merging. -- Danny (talk) 20:37, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
Actually, I don't think 10 Sesame Street is just the dance studio address, considering the number on her door is 213. Anyway, I uploaded an image of the building, and I'm saving images of the dance studio, just in case we decide to split them up again. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 21:45, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

Seperate query[]

I'm guessing there was never any master order to the numbering system? Like, if 123 is west, and 456 is east, let's say, then shouldn't 10 be in the far west of the street? -- Zanimum 16:34, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
