Nnunnu Ukwu

User:Nnunnu Ukwu added an item about Big Bird being called "Nnunnu Ukwu" in Nigeria. Nothing comes up when you Google that name. That may be because this took place in the 1980s, so none of the sources for it would be online. I don't want to discourage a new contributor, but should we try to source this? -- Danny (talk) 18:09, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

From what I've been able to gather online, "Nnunnu" means bird and "Ukwu" means great or big in the Igbo language, so at least that much is true. -- Peter (talk) 18:32, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Okay, that's good enough for me. -- Danny (talk) 19:55, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
