Gallery vs Table[]
This page does work better as a gallery, but we lose the functionality of anchored links. So for example, Storytelling with Bear doesn't go straight to that title anymore. Do we care? —Scott (talk) 04:06, October 19, 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, in general, if anchored links are useful, and since we have a whole lot of pages redirecting here, I'd say the table would be easier. Since they're listed by volume, it's hard to find a specific title unless via an anchored redirect. I'm not sure how much that applies to Bear video but it's something to consider before converting other series' home video pages. It's not an issue with the movies and such. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 04:10, October 19, 2009 (UTC)
- I think the anchored links and table format make sense for things like Super Grover or Monsterpiece Theater, where there's lots of information for each item, and there are relevant reasons to link to a particular one.
- Because the items are organized chronologically, I think it makes sense to do this: on Episode 238: What's the Story?, there's a link to Storytelling with Bear. If that said Storytelling with Bear (2005), then clicking on the link would take you to the gallery, and you scan down to find 2005. Would that work? -- Danny (talk) 04:29, October 19, 2009 (UTC)
