Evan uploaded this from Flickr, but there's no indication that it has anything to do with Henson/Muppets. I doubt that it is, but does anyone know anything about it? —Scott (message me) 21:47, June 24, 2012 (UTC)

It seems to go with this text in the article: "During the 1996 presidential race, Clinton campaigners distributed buttons that featured the Sesame Street Muppets and a Muppet-ized Bill. The buttons told people how a vote for Clinton/Gore was a vote to save public television and the Muppets’ job." So it's not an actual Muppet creation, but used by the campaign, and now in the Clinton museum, it seems. But all of that, if true, needs citing (and probably would be best moved down to "Muppet Mentions" or something for clarity). I'll try to look into it further later (and this is an instance where LexisNexis or any database offering quick access to 1996 news would be the best bet). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 22:34, June 24, 2012 (UTC)

Ah, I misread. Then yeah, it seems this is something unrelated. I'd probably also reword that to say "caricature" (I get that it's probably meant to be him as a Muppet, but it looks just as much like a Simpsons knock-off). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 00:43, June 25, 2012 (UTC)
