Pre-Noodle Appearances?

Prior to "Elmo's World", I know Irwin appeared in occasional inserts. Off the top of my head, there was an "Air" sketch, in which Sonia Manzano, in voice over, asks Irwin, a struggling pedestrian, if it's window, and it culminates with Irwin being blown away. I knoe he was also in the celebrity version of "I've Got a New Way to Walk," along with another clown guy (not sure who).
