Does anybody else think that this character should be listed here under the name that he was given at the end of the movie, instead of Dog (Bunny Picnic)? --Minor muppetz 23:01, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- Personally, I'd vote no. I don't have my tape handy, but if I recall, the name was something like "Do Wop De Diddly Wop Dog" or some such. The character was referred to for the most part as 'Dog", and even billed in the credits as "Dog." If you have the show handy and can check on the long name, it would *definitely* be worth mentioning on the page. But as a listing, I suspect it would cause even many serious Muppet fans to just go "Huh"? (If the name spelling and such can be confirmed, a redirect might not hurt, though, just in case). --Aleal 23:31, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- Pretty much what Andrew said. He's called "Dog" in the special, and that's a pretty strong plot point throughout. Plus, credits; which can't really be argued with. The name Bebop gives him at the end is more of a joke and may not have stuck as his name, but we'll never know as the story ends there. Also, we could only ever really do our best guesswork on the spelling unless someone got their hands on a script -- which is not likely. -- Scott Scarecroe 23:36, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
