Unknown Sketches

I got the information on this page from a list of season 1 sketches at the CTW archives. There's two sketches listed for this episode that I don't recognize -- Ernie and Bert with a picture of a 4, and Ernie and Bert with 4 footballs. Does anyone recognize those? -- Danny (talk) 14:35, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

I know a 1969 two-part clip with the number four, but I'm not sure if it's this one. Bert has a number 4 in his hand and asks Ernie what it is. Ernie doesn't know and guesses that it's a chocolate pie. Bert decides to cut to another film so that Ernie can get a clue. When the clip is over, Ernie makes another guess: a cream pie. "If this is a cream pie, then what is this?" asks Bert while he pulls out a cream pie from somewhere. "That's a four!" Ernie grins, and Bert pushes the pie in Ernie's face. "I knew it was a pie," Ernie remarks to the camera, "but who wants to be hit in the face with a number four?" (The clip was adapted in comic form for The Sesame Street Storybook, but with a number 5.) -- Jogchem 12:15, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
