A Hole in the Bucket[]

There is a sketch listed here that mentions Herry Monster and Liza trying to fix a hole in a bucket. Could this actually be the song "There's a Hole in the Bucket", which featured characters named Henry and Liza? I don't know if the person reading the CTW Archives paper misread Henry as Herry (or if the writer of the files might have mispelled the name). I don't know how many of these files have not listed songs for song sketches, so I am not sure how likely this is to be a mistake. --Minor muppetz 03:12, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, I was wondering about that. It says "Herry and Liza", but yeah, if there's a Henry and Liza sketch, then yeah, it must be that. -- Danny (talk) 03:30, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Michael's referring to the public domain song, not to any known Sesame characters named Henry and Liza. So that doesn't necessarily prove anything one way or another. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 03:32, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
He's actually referring to this. --MuppetVJ 04:26, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
And the song is now available for viewing at sesamestreet.org, listed as "There's a Hole in the Bucket". I know some of us members have searched through some songwriting database for titles and songwriting info. Should we wait until sopmebody finds a song titled "There's a Hole in the Bucket" (or any possible similar title, like "A Hole in the Bucket") before starting a page for the song? --Minor muppetz 02:41, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
Go ahead and start the page if you like, Michael. There's no song info since it's one of those ancient American folksongs that's been around for over a century. "There's a Hole in the Bucket" is generally the most common title, though. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 02:52, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
