Good question. Sesame Street Encyclopedia says that Buster sang "Cripple Creek", but it also says that Buster didn't appear until 1979. -- Danny (talk) 16:22, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

Has Buster always not had teeth, and has Fred always had teeth? That might be a way of sorting the two out, if Buffy doesn't say his name in the episode. That also brings up another minor problem. If Buster debuted in 1979, and Marty only joined the cast in 1980, does anyone know who played Buster in the character's first season? -- Zanimum 16:48, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

Buster has teeth (he's appeared in dental health segments), though Fred's are more prominent. I'd say just change it to Fred until someone gets a chance to actually vet the clip. Andrew Leal (talk) 16:56, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

I have watched this recently, and I can confirm that Buffy calls him Fred at the end of the segment. -- User:24.14.15.40
