Does anyone know who performed Rosita's Abuela? I am pretty sure it was a man, possibly Noel McNeal? Theatrefreak25 14:28, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
Emilio Delgado voiced the character, and one of the performers operated the puppet. Scooter 13:45, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
- Two things-- aren't abuelas grandmothers? Also, Scooter, did Emilio voice the character on-set, or was it pre-recorded? Presuming you or someone you know were there at the time. -- Zanimum 14:35, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, abuelas are grandmothers, but puppeteers performing characters of either gender is pretty much a basic facet of Muppetry. There's nothing that says a guy can't voice a grandma puppet. Chunk 16:00, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- It was obviously either pre or post-recorded, both because that's almost always been how such divisions work (unless it's something like the Gorgs) and secondly, Delgado appears on-camera in the scene. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 16:24, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
