You can see the whole song [dead link] here (I'll probably link it on the page since it doesn't seem to be on Old School). I addressed all the other issues (and removed the "doesn't really like ice cream" bit, which considering the song's lyrics and the depiction, seems rather POV). As for why it's in birthday songs, it's because of the birthday album. I explained the album versions I'm familiar with. The rest, I dunno, but in all likelihood they're re-issues of the earlier album recordings rather than the show soundtrack.
