Talk: Frecklehead

rebuilt from socks[]

It looks to me like Frecklehead was rebuilt from the Socks the Cat muppet, but then I doubted myself. Any opinions. -- Nate (talk) 20:15, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

He could be, although Socks' head looks fuller and more fluffy. It's not a total slam-dunk, like some of the more obvious re-uses. On the other hand, they were both used around the same time. -- Danny (talk) 20:27, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Hmmm. There are coloring and ear similarities, but it's a more drastic revision than for the Cat on a Hot Tin Roof bit if so. Also, as Danny notes, the time frame overlaps pretty closely (Muppet Time we have down as airing in 1994 and Socks' was that spring) so it could be the other way around, if at all, or they could have just used a similar pattern for two different puppets. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 20:29, October 29, 2009 (UTC)
