"He is also well-known for his starring role in the TV series Fawlty Towers, and for writing and costarring in the film A Fish Called Wanda" - until recently "A Fish Called Wanda" was linked to Wanda Cousteau. This is not correct form; they are very different things. Perhaps the user who keeps reinstating this link could write something like "(he is famous for writing and costarring etc) in the film A Fish Called Wanda, which was later referenced with the character of Wanda Cousteau".
