Searchin'[]
The Performers section of episode 120 says that Frank Oz performed Mary Louise (little girl) in the "Searchin'" number. What is the source on this? As far as I can tell, she is silent throughout. -- Peter (talk) 16:08, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
- I seem to recall her laughing very briefly during the number. I'll watch that episode again (in fact, I believe the Muppet Morsels say something about the number's performers) and get back to you on that one.
- MEANWHILE, IN MILWAUKEE: She laughs once at the very beginning of the number, and it does sound like Frank's voice. According to the Muppet Morsels, the two Whatnots were performed by one puppeteer, and they sound like Richard Hunt and probably John Lovelady. Although the Muppet Morsels don't say anything about who actually puppeteered the characters during taping, it would be logical to suppose that whoever recorded the voices also performed the puppets. However, based only on what evidence we have, it is purely conjectural who was doing the puppeteering for these three characters. Of course, if you want to go by voices, there isn't so much of a problem. Chunk 16:54, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
Mary, Carrie and Terry[]
I know this is really a technicality, but is she really "also known as" Carry and Terry Louise? Would it be more accurate to say that she pretends to change her name to Carry and Terry Louise in order to get more chances at auditioning for The Muppet Show in the Steve Martin episode?--Pantalones 15:36, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
- Sure. That's kind of a placeholder sentence as it is. Feel free to expand the whole thing and describe the sketches; they're funny. -- Danny Toughpigs 15:48, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
