Removal of Gobo Fraggle Comment
To whomever is constantly removing the comment about Mokey having "a soft spot for Gobo Fraggle": on several instances throughout the show, she does make comments that allude to this concept being true. Please stop removing it. Dr.Doozer 01:00, January 17, 2011 (UTC)
- Hi! I just checked the history, and it seems that it's only been removed once, unless the edit was made several years ago and either under a different name or you were unregistered. Your first summary says "Reinserted Gobo Fraggle comment," but it's listed in your contribution history as your first edit. Then you re-added it here, and that seems to be it. As for why it's removed, frankly, it is an awkward and vague sentence (when I first saw it, I wondered what it meant exactly; the bravery bit helps but, in addition to probably needing a specific example, that implies admiration more than a "soft spot," which implies either affection, possibly of a romantic kind, or motherly sentimentality) and the same can be said for the "cares for Boober" sentence (which someone else added but is equally vague, especially since Mokey is portrayed consistently as a caring and sentimental character anyway). Episode specific instances or quotes would help. The factoid you added in your second edit about Mokey and the Minstrels, for example, would be a good model: it gives a specific instance and points to an actual episode where it can be verified. As a general Wiki tip (which applies to all editors), the more precise one can be, the better. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 04:31, January 17, 2011 (UTC)
- Alright, I was more commenting on the edits that redfragglerocks seemed to have been making. I apologize for that, and I will try and make reformats. It's been a while since I've done stuff like this [I quit Wikipedia about 2 years ago]. Dr.Doozer 00:03, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
