Legal vs. Album Title

The legal title of this song in bmi is "Simon Smith and the Amazing Dancing Bear", but it has always been "His Amazing Dancing Bear" on the Muppet albums, as far as I know, and as reflected on the page. Should we move to the legal title or leave it? -- Wendy (talk) 18:49, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
