Release Date

Related to the discussion at Talk:Sesame Street Home Video Visits the Firehouse, there may be another problem with the date on this article. Many Google results cite the date as 1988; even the video tape has the copyright date of 1988. Should the change be made in accordance to the other talk page discussion? Matt H. I just checked my copy, and you're right! For some reason I misread the copyright date as 1987. --Minor muppetz 02:07, September 24, 2009 (UTC)

Someone cited this as a SS home video, but I haven't found it in my research. I thought it was a mistake, but if you click What Links Here, there are two other references to this being on home video. -- Scarecroe 01:04, 17 Jan 2006 (UTC)

This is a home video project. I have this on video. It was released in 1987. If you have any Sesame Street video releases from random House (under the My Sesame Street Home Video label), look at the back of the box and you'll see a listing of Sesame Street videos, and you'll see this one listed. If you don't have any releases from Random House, you might want to see if any are available at your local video stores, libraries, or flea markets. or you could read a review at Amazon.Com or (I have seen reviews for this at one of those sites). --Minor muppetz 01:23, 17 Jan 2006 (UTC)
Wow, I had no idea. Are there any more under that label? -- Scarecroe 01:51, 17 Jan 2006 (UTC)
I wrote an article here called My Sesame Street Home Video (label) which has information about it. Many vidoe sfrom that label, including Learning About letters and learnign About Numbers, are still available on video, but the label isn't included. --Minor muppetz 02:00, 17 Jan 2006 (UTC)
Fantastic! I guess Alphabet Game was the only one I didn't know about. Nice job! -- Scarecroe 02:11, 17 Jan 2006 (UTC)

I once had the video and one of the things on it said "© (copyright) 1988". When I first saw this about a year ago, I was confused whether it was released in 1987 or 1988. This article dates 1987, but I really don't know. I'm pretty sure this source (Muppet Wiki) is right. -- Matt H. 04:55, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
