Fozzie Moopet's Name

Why are we ignoring the fact that the Fozzie Moopet's name is Foozie? First of all, it's obvious, but of course that doesn't mean anything but it even says so on the necklace he's wearing. Look closley, it says "Foozie". -- Foozie Bear 19:49, July 11, 2012 (UTC)‎

Hi. It looks like your edit was reverted, really because the specific wording didn't flow well with the rest of the paragraph (the word "presumably" seems to fall under weasel words; read more about this on Muppet Wiki:FAQ). Besides, the name "Foozie" is mentioned elsewhere on the page, so we aren't ignoring it. -- Jon (talk) 14:53, July 13, 2012 (UTC)

Fozzie Moopet

I just watched the film, and it said in the end credits that Bill Barretta played the Fozzie Moopet. (Or at least did the voice.) ---- Jesse (talk) 22:30, November 26, 2011 (UTC)

That was apparently a miscredit; Tyler Bunch confirmed on his Facebook that he actually performed Foozie. Here's his statement (which also mentions that he played Thog). -- Jon (talk) 22:51, November 26, 2011 (UTC):

“For those planning to see "The Muppets" this week (which is hopefully all of you) you are going to have a great time! Know also that there was a bit of a mistake, and my two lines as Foozie the Moopet (bad guy Fozzie) were mistakenly attributed to another talented performer in the credits. I have been assured this will be "fixed" by the DVD release. And, btw, I am also the only performer to suit up in THOG this time around (9 foot blue guy.)”

Not sure if I even need to mention this, but I would just like to point out that the credits have indeed been fixed on the DVD release. Fozzie Moopet is no longer listed under Bill Barretta's credits, and of course, Tyler Bunch's name is still listed under "Additional Muppet Performers".-Gonzofan 00:54, March 23, 2012 (UTC)
