So Random?[]
Would Piggy's appearance on So Random not be considered a promotional appearance, tailored to garner interest in the Muppets, because they didn't specifically pitch the film? — Julian (talk) 00:13, November 19, 2011 (UTC)
- I would say no. There was no specific promotion (or even mention) of the film in the appearance. While Miss Piggy's appearances on So Random (along with her appearance on Take Two with Phineas and Ferb as well) was somewhat timed to coincide with the publicity/release of the film and probably done to raise awareness for the character/franchise, there was no direct promotion of the movie itself. This page is for promotion of the 2011 feature film, not to catalog every appearances from 2009 to 2012 (which could be argued would be to garner interest in the franchise and thus support the film). -- Brad D.
