characters from closing sketch

I'd like to include a page, or pages, on the characters from the puppet sketch shown at the end, but in this case I'm not sure what to do. I think it would make most sense to just include them all on one article. I don't know if they'd count as Muppets (because they are more simple puppets and aren't really Muppet-style puppets), most of the character names are the same as other characters who have articles on the wiki, and I guess that giving them all seperate pages would be almost as pointless as individual pages for the cast of "The King's Problem". However, there are a few issues here. For one, how do we categorize them? I don't think they should count as Muppets, so they wouldn't be categorized as "Muppet characters" (if people think or even know otherwise that would be usefule to state here), but the what would we categorize them as (I don't think we need a "Muppets on Puppets characters" category). We could just include an article for the whole skit, and have sections on each character, but then how do we categorize that? It's not a Variety Show sketch, and as far as I know it's not a sketch that's been repeated in different productions. And another problem: I don't think that particular sketch even had a title, at least not mentioned on-screen in the special (correct me if I'm wrong, I've only atched this twice so far). --Minor muppetz 03:06, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

I think you're overthinking this a bit. We don't need to deal with the sketch issue or make a page for it. As for the characters made in the special, there's no reason *not* to count them as Muppets; they're just simplified ones, but they were built by Don Sahlin, have the Muppet aesthetic, and are played by the Muppet performers. I took screengrabs myself and have been planning to make pages for them myself later when I get the chance to reorganize the article in general (and unlike "the King's Problem," the characters have names and concrete identities, even if some disambiguation is called for). -- Andrew Leal (talk) 03:18, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Does anyone out there have a copy of this, or able to at least grab images from The World of Jim Henson excerpts? The current images on this page are rather awkwardly sized. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 02:10, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
