This is a neat article, but I don't think it has enough of a direct relationship to the Muppets. It's more a puppet article than a Muppet one, and it would probably work better on Puppet Wiki. Unless we can find a way to directly connect this to the Muppets, then I would suggest splitting the info here onto the related pages. I assume the anon mentioned it in terms of the presence of the Muppets themselves. *If* specifics/details about that aspect, i.e. if the Muppets participated in panels or events or shows, or they just hang over the Muppeteers' luggage or are occasionally trotted out to wave to kids, I don't know if that would make it an event. Any actual Henson retrospective or event, beyond just the fact that Jane Henson was a founder, would also help make it an "Event" from our definition. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 01:50, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Well it sounds like Telly and Grungetta make live appearances each year so if it can't cut it as an event it could be a live appearance. -- Brad D. (talk) 01:52, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

I wouldn't say it's a live appearance in any meaningful way. Potpourri is basically a time for puppeteers to goof around on stage in front of other puppeteers. The conference is only for puppeteers who have been invited; it's not an event for the public. -- Danny (talk) 01:54, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

The public is invited. The reason for the O'Neill is to do a show at the end of the week for the public.
