Tally is an otter seen on Bear in the Big Blue House; she's Pip and Pop's cousin. she looks just like Pip and Pop, except that she has green fur and wears glasses.
According to Pip and Pop, Tally is talented at many things, including clam-digging and playing baseball. In "I've Got Your Number," however, Tally has a new hobby: counting. Tally is a bit older than Pip and Pop and is already attending school.
