Tarah was a young girl who appeared on Sesame Street from 1993 to 2001. She used a wheelchair. Tarah was cheerful and energetic, and an active participant in sports and dance. In one episode, she performed a wheelchair ballet. Tarah served as a positive role model for disabled children.
