Tardy Tutter is Tutter's perpetually late relative. He appeared in the Bear in the Big Blue House episode "The Tutter Family Reunion," among many other Tutter relatives.
Mentioned earlier in the episode, he honors his name by finally showing up to the family reunion after all of Tutter's other relations have already left. He is later present in Bear's attic after Bear talks to Luna that evening.
