Tauvo Crais is Bialar Crais' younger brother. He dies in the premiere episode of Farscape, when his Prowler hits the craft that John Crichton flew through the worm hole.

However, in the episode "That Old Black Magic", an image of him is shown by Maldis to Bialar Crais and John Crichton as part of Maldis' plan to increase Crais' hatred of Cricthon for killing his brother. It turns out that the two brothers were drafted by the Peacekeepers, and before they left their father, Bialar Crais swore to protect his little brother.
