"That's Entertainment" was sung by a chorus of Muppet pigs that had taken over the Muppet Theater, including Miss Piggy and Annie Sue, in episode 224 of The Muppet Show.
A version of the song with some lyrical changes was sung by Miss Piggy while she experienced the Universal Studios tour in the Jim Henson Hour special Miss Piggy's Hollywood. Miss Piggy's version focused on Hollywood effects and stunts, but notes they're not enough with a star (specifically, her). One of the most notable alterations was the new couplet "the effects/may be better than sex." Sesame Street had parodied the song as That's Pretending.
