"That's Home" is a song from the 2021 animated Sesame Street special, Furry Friends Forever: Elmo Gets a Puppy.
Elmo sings the song to a stray puppy he and Grover come across, telling the dog how nice it will be to have a home once they reach a local pet fair. Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch provide some additional vocals about their respective homes.
Later, Elmo performs a short reprise of the song to find the puppy (since named Tango) when she gets separated in the park. He and the gang sing the song again at the end of the special when Tango is welcomed into his own home. The special's closing credits use an instrumental of the song.
A four-note jingle from the song is used at the beginning and end of every Furry Friends Forever webisode.
