Fast food chain Arby's gave away a set of toys during the 1999 Christmas season to promote the VHS release of the sing-along video The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland: Sing and Play.
The set of five toys included a plastic see-through cup with Elmo inside the cup, a tall Cookie Monster straw, a PVC figure of Oscar the Grouch in his trash can, a puzzle of the video cover, and a twist block with four Muppet characters.
