Granny Fanny Nesselrode receives a message from a young boy in Pismo Beach, asking if there's any way to memorize the alphabet. Granny Fanny responds that such is an impossible task; there's far too many letters to remember. Her announcer is able to recite it perfectly, but she ignores him as she fetches something that helps her remember the alphabet.
She returns with her alphabet box, which she claims is filled with 26 items, each starting with a different letter of the alphabet. Though a seemingly small box, inside she produces a set of Antlers, a taxidermy Bird, a Cuckoo clock, and then a large Umbrella and even a Tree. Her announcer closes the program before she can bring out her Python and stuffed Rhinoceros.
