The Birthday Bird appeared in the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The Birthday Moose". Created by Theodor Geisel in the 1959 book Happy Birthday to You, the Birthday Bird is in charge of all birthday festivities in the land of Katroo.
The puppet was later recycled as the White-Tufted Floozle Bird (Stephanie D'Abruzzo) in "Make Yourself at Home."
