The Crumb is a villainous baker who appears in the Sesame Street segment, "Smart Cookies."
He unleashes his dastardly schemes, using specialized desserts, on unsuspecting people all over the city, forcing Cookie Monster and the Smart Cookies team to save the day. Cookie Monster is typically put in charge of making sure the Crumb is kept away from their latest job, but the Crumb always manages to infiltrate any location by using a minor disguise that fools only Cookie.
