To commemorate Chinese New Year, Elmo, Abby Cadabby and Nina decide to make their own dragon puppet. They sing as they assemble various odds and ends to create it, with Grover joining in after delivering some bike streamers. The group reprises the song later in the episode as they march their dragon up and down the block.
