The Easter Bunny is the traditional secular emblem of the Easter holidays, bringing eggs and occasionally chocolate bunnies and marshmallow chicks. He has been portrayed in various Muppet productions.

- When James Coburn appears on The Muppet Show in episode 510, Kermit remarks that it's good to have a real Hollywood tough guy on the show. As Animal enters wrestling an octopus, Coburn retorts, "What do you call this, the Easter Bunny?"
