The Elephant sings "The Elephant Elevator Operator", describing his job and how it suits him better than any other. Unfortunately he fills the entire elevator, frustrating everyone else who needs to ride in it. The Elephant is performed in this song by Dave Goelz.
The chorus of frustrated passengers includes Rosita, the China Shop Clerk, Farmer McGregor (sans mustache), and several other Anything Muppets.
The elephant elevator operator character was later incorporated into the Furry Arms Hotel (seen in Episode 3145 and 3445). The Elephant later reprises the tune in a brief appearance on Elmo's World: Up and Down.
