The Fantastic Finkelman is the cousin of the Amazing Mumford and a magician in his own right. He appears in Episode 1815 of Sesame Street.
He is brought to Sesame Street to remedy another one of Mumford's tricks gone wrong, namely giving David a big, long nose. Finkelman recites his magic words (counting backwards from 10 to 1, followed by "Sim Sim Salami on rye, pickle on the side... feh!"), but manages to give David big ears to match, then gives Maria and Luis pairs of Groucho glasses. Finally, Finkelman admits he's not able to undo Mumford's trick, but he does conjure up lunch for everyone.
